At RJ Moto Leather, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you need to return or replace an item, please review the following guidelines. As our products are custom-made, a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply for returns for replacement.
 
Refundable
 
•Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are accepted only within 15 days from the delivery date.
•For Returns/Replacement, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses.
•The product must be returned in its original packaging, in as-new condition, with all tags attached.
•Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return and replacement.
•If we have made an error with your order, we will also refund the original shipping and delivery charges.
•Photos of any defects must be sent to us before initiating a Return/Replacement.
 
Non-Refundable
 
•Products sold during SALES or at DISCOUNTED prices are non-refundable unless the product has a defect.
•Custom-made and made-to-measure leathers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
•Worn or altered items cannot be returned.
•No returns or replacements will be accepted for orders containing more than two items, to prevent ordering multiple items solely for trial purposes.
 
How to Return
 
If your product qualifies for a Return, Replacement, or Refund, please follow these steps:
 
1.Request Approval: Submit a return request, including your name, order number, and the email address used for the order. For defective items, include photos showing the defects.
2.Approval Response: Our sales team will contact you within 48 business hours with further instructions.
3.Return Shipping: Once approved, we will provide the return address. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
